Music and Imagery for Health and Wellbeing

Promoting professional practice, training and research in the UK and Europe

Are you struggling with

your mental health?

Music and Imagery (MI) is a therapeutic approach which combines traditional talking therapy with listening to music and other forms of creative expression.  It can be a uniquely effective approach and help with a wide range of difficulties. It works well online or in-person if you prefer.

Music and Imagery (MI) therapists are experienced mental health professionals, including music and other creative arts therapists, counsellors, psychologists and psychotherapists, who have undertaken additional training to practice MI.
